Proportional local elections are scheduled for December 5 in the enlarged Jermuk community. The “Civil Contract”, “Republic” and “Country to Live” parties are running in the election campaign.

 

 

WomenNet.am spoke with Suzanna Avetisyan, a 32-year-old philologist who heads the “Country to Live” party’s election list and is currently studying for a master’s degree in Public Administration and Local Self-Government at the National Academy of Sciences. She has undergone a number of trainings on local self-government and women empowerment topics. Our conversation with her is about the current election campaign and tomorrow’s vision.
