I right now am not inclined to do that,\u201d Clinton said.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBut I will do everything I can to make sure that women compete at the highest levels, not only in the United States but around the world.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Clinton spoke shortly before the Senate approved President Obama\u2019s nomination of Sen. John Kerry (D-Mass.) to replace her as the nation\u2019s top diplomat.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The vote was 94 to 3. Kerry could be sworn in as early as Wednesday.
