Within the framework of the project \u201cWomen in Politics, Public Administration, and Civil Society,\u201d we introduce women, who have achieved successes in their public, state, and political activities demonstrating leadership qualities.<\/p>\n

Founder and President of Ijevan\u2019s \u201cCivil Youth Center\u201d NGO Arpine Yeritsyan entered the public arena by her conscious decision when she realized that she was not satisfied anymore with what she had been doing before and that the NGO sector was the area where she wanted to express herself.<\/p>\n

\u201cNow, after so many years, I understand that it is very valuable for me to share ideas, values with like-minded people and have a sense of unity with them, a sense that you are in your own flock. Now, when I draw comparisons with myself as I was before I joined the NGO sector, I think that I lived a long period of my life as a consumer, was inert and looked at life from a very narrow perspective,\u201d says Arpine.<\/p>\n
