CC received 53.91%, &#8220;Hayastan&#8221; bloc &#8211; 21.09%, &#8220;I have honor&#8221; &#8211; 5.22%"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/archive.womennet.amwp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/cik.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Central Electoral Commission drew up and signed the protocol of the results of the early parliamentary elections in Armenia, according to which the &#8220;Civil Contract&#8221; party received 53.91% of the votes, the &#8220;Armenia&#8221; bloc &#8211; 21.09%, and the &#8220;I have honor&#8221; bloc &#8211; 5.22%, which has not passed the threshold of 7%, but enters the parliament as the third force with the most votes by force of law.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The National Assembly of the 8th convocation will have 107 deputies. &#8220;The civil contract reaches 71 mandates, the&#8221; Armenia &#8220;bloc &#8211; 29, the&#8221; I have honor &#8220;bloc &#8211; 7. It is not yet clear how many of these seats will go to women, as a number of candidates from the CP majority list will be transferred to the executive. As for the opposition, the &#8220;Hayastan&#8221; bloc has stated that it will apply to the Constitutional Court to declare the election results invalid, and has not yet made a decision on receiving mandates in this regard.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It should be reminded that &#8220;Civil Contract&#8221; nominated 34% women candidates, &#8220;Armenia&#8221; bloc &#8211; 31%, &#8220;I have honor&#8221; bloc &#8211; 35%.
