NA Deputy Taguhi Tovmasyan announced about this during the NA special sitting.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe should have a special emphasis on Artsakh, because especially after the war, if we had the idea that Armenia is the guarantor of Artsakh\u2019s security.
