The National Action Plan covers all these areas within the context of universality of human rights, attaches great importance to the involvement of women in all cycles of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, draws attention to the problems of people living in conflict zones, and offers solutions to ensure the security and human rights protection of the affected population.<\/p>\n
