Greetings, “Radio Martuni” ison the air. The first online radio in Martuni. The author and host Liana Hovhannisyan speaks with you\u2026<\/p>\n

As a journalist Liana was always inquisitive, curious, any new thing for her was a good motivation to think, analyze and promote the comprehensive study. And because not only in Martuni, but also throughout the whole country the “wall radio ” had become a memory, she decided to take the opportunity offered by Internet.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

– I thought that if I can master the computer and use the Internet, why not to create radio and to inform the residents of our town events online. I see problems that were not resolved, I want to participate in improving the community, I want to contribute to do something to solve community problems. And decided to implement the idea, I wanted to inform my fellow citizens, says Liana. And decided and took actions.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In 2013, the first online program first broadcast aired “Martuni Women’s Community Council NGO.” Raising issues, reporting solutions, controlling events and community issues she had supporters, who are community journalists.<\/p>\n
