At age 27, she occupied the position of Vice-minister on culture and youth affairs from 2003-2005 she was responsible for the state youth policy. &#8220;I do not like the word&#8221; position &#8220;, it is a duty, which means taking a big responsibility&#8221; said Asatryan.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>She went from Public administration sphere to the public state management system, then two years later returned to the NGO field. &#8220;I seemed to be the ambassador of the public sector in the State system and can proudly &nbsp;say that I changed upside-down state youth policy. I realized that the youth policy should not be imposed to them, but it should come from below, be based on the needs of young people&#8221;, &#8211; she says.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>During her tenure there have been difficulties, which have not broken her, but rather reinforced. &#8220;When I was pregnant, people were already discussing who should occupy my place in ministry, they considered that it would be so that if a woman has a child, and then she has to leave work and sit at home.
