Ahead of World Humanitarian Day \u201cArticle 3 Club hosts Photo exhibition\u00a0 entitled “Let\u2019s make the world more humane” initiated by OXFAM organization of\u00a0 –\u00a0 OXIGEN\u00a0 Foundation in collaboration with\u00a0 the United Nations Development Programme. The photos speak out on the\u00a0 need for humanitarian assistance, social inequality and preparedness for\u00a0 resisting disasters.<\/p>\n

Each year on August 19th<\/sup>\u00a0 the World marks Humanitarian Day. This year, it launched with the title “One Humanity” calling for global solidarity for\u00a0 130 million people who are in need of humanitarian assistance.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The exhibition covers the 3 main thematic series, in the center of which are children:<\/p>\n

* The number of Syrian-Armenian asylum in Armenia: integration and humanitarian assistance issues<\/p>\n

* Social inequality, which makes people more vulnerable to disasters<\/p>\n

* Disaster Risk Reduction. Strengthening community resilience against natural and man-made disasters<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“Article 3” club will host the opening of the exhibition (Tumanyan, 26a) on August 19 at 17\/00-in. The exhibition will run until August 30th.<\/p>\n
