Self-representation of a candidate is not accepted. Before completing and submitting the application forms it is necessary to have the consent of the candidate. If this is not possible, please explain why you cannot get consent.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Application form is here.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It can be submitted in Armenian, Azerbaijani, Georgian, English, Russian and other languages, but translation into English and \/ or Russian is mandatory.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Based on the reports of electoral commissions the board &#8221;Women of South Caucasus for Peace Initiative\u201d will decide the winner.
