{"id":26414,"date":"2016-02-23T10:56:11","date_gmt":"2016-02-23T10:56:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/archive.womennet.am?p=26414"},"modified":"2016-03-02T18:32:42","modified_gmt":"2016-03-02T18:32:42","slug":"child-rights","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.womennet.am\/en\/child-rights\/","title":{"rendered":"How to include children\u2019s rights in the development agenda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/archive.womennet.amwp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/tool-kit-children.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cToolkit for children\u2019s rights\u201d developed by EU-UNICEF was represented.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>United Nations Children\u2019s Fund, the RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the European Union and the German Development Cooperation yesterday represented \u201cToolkit for children\u2019s rights\u201d developed by EU-UNICEF\u201d.\u00a0 The event was opened by the RA Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Artem Asatryan, Minister of Jjustice Arpine Hovhanisyan, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Ashot Hovakimyan, as well as the head of the EU Delegation in Armenia, Ambassador Peter Anthony Switalski and Deputy Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany Nadia Lichtenberger.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It should be mentioned that presentation of the toolkit will be followed by a two-day training course on inclusion of children\u2019s rights in the agenda. The course is designed for the government, civil society, donors and private sector.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Toolkit is continuation of Sustainable Development Agenda 2030 developed last year, which once again mentions key role of children and youth in achieving Sustainable Development Goals.
