The Board was established by the Ministry of Justice within the framework of the program \u00abImprovement of Access to Justice for Children\u00bb The main sponsor and partner of the program is UN Children&#8217;s Fund.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00abToday all of us gathered here for one purpose \u2013 children&#8217;s wellfare. Our goal is to create an effective juvenille justice system\u00bb, &#8211; said RA Minister of Justice Arpine Hovhannisyan, expressing hope that the Board will act effectively.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00abI do not want to have a formal structure.
