Healthy food – accessible to everyone: <\/strong>harvest festival was held in Yerevan under this slogan \u2013 it was organized by joint efforts of OXFAM office in Yerevan and \u201cPlatform\u201d experience exchange first festival on the occasion of World Food Day and International Day of Rural Women.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

On the occasion of the festival as well as International Day of Rural Women OSFAM had prepared prizes for female farmers. Four of them – Nune Avagyan from Gomq, Bejanyan Lusine from Lchkadzor, Qerezyan Lusine from Hovq, and Luiza Revazyan from Sarigjugh community got prizes.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The most important question which a peasant is constantly confronted with is the issue of realization of harvest. This event aims to create a platform between female farmers producing agricultural products and consumers, – says Kristine Hovhannisyan, OXFAM\u2019s public Relations officer, – OXFAM always tries to help his clients to be in touch with other cities, in order to create new links between producers and consumers.<\/p>\n
