Head of the faction \u201cRule of Law\u201d Heghine Bisharyan said that the adoption of draft is intentionally cancelled.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It is a matter of 5 minutes, but they have left and do not do anything. The delay is clearly intentional as I see extraordinary sessions, which are discussed for hours and days.
