The Court affirmed the fact that termination of the criminal case for \u201cremoving child from a parent\u201d was invalid. Let\u2019s remind that criminal case was initiated on the basis of Narine\u2019s message. Investigation of a criminal case lasting several months passed without results. The case was closed.\u00a0 Narine appealed that decision but her appeal was rejected.
