On\u00a0July 11\u00a0the United Nations\u00a0observes \u201cWorld Population Day\u201d\u00a0with the focus this\u00a0year\u00a0on\u00a0adolescent pregnancy.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n As a staunch advocate of the education, health and rights of girls and an enduring believer in the power of young women to transform our world, I welcome the focus of this year\u2019s World Population Day on adolescent pregnancy.
