Tsovik Ohanyan. “Interesting and new ideas are born in deadlocks”
“Success comes to a person with a searching mind and working hands, which, by combining, can ensure a prosperous life for those around you,” says WomenNet.am’s interlocutor, President of Byurakn Agricultural Cooperative, Chir’s House Founder Tsovik Ohanyan.
Tsovik Ohanyan Dry House is a complex intended for agro-tourism. Strawberries, apricots and plums are produced here. Dried home products are in demand not only in the domestic market, but also abroad.
Farmers engaged in agritourism and nature lovers have long been well aware of Tsovik Ohanyan’s delicious organic products, which are regularly presented at agricultural festivals.
The assortment of Tsovik Ohanyan’s pavilion was especially attracted to foreign tourists. The first one was very diverse, this time it was added to its assortment with dried mushrooms, chips and powder, which was the only one in the whole festival.
According to her, during the epidemic, many agricultural organizations suffered financial losses. Her family business was no exception. Dried fruits were not exported, the flow of tourists was reduced.
The inquisitive mind is a repository of new ideas, and we can say for sure that Tsovik Ohanyan will enrich the range of delicious Armenian organic fruits with her new ideas, as her goal is not only not to leave the homeland, but also to promote the development of tourism.
