Inna Sargsyan. “I stayed in Hadrut with all my heart”

Inna Sargsyan from Hadrut lived under a torrent of bombs for ten days and continued to live and work, but there were rumors that the enemy was very close and they would be forced to leave the city. The ongoing heavy bombardment forces Inna to come to Armenia, hoping that she will return to her hometown in a few days. But Inna and her family lost their beloved city once and for all, all the property they had created over the years: a two-story house, a large plot of land, a water bottling plant, shops…

Inna has been engaged in confectionery since she was a child, she loved to make delicious cakes and dishes. Each time she surprised and amazed her acquaintances and relatives with new and delicious dishes. She often came up with new recipes.

In the first days after settling permanently in Yerevan, heavy thoughts did not leave the family migrating from Hadrut. It happened that they sat around the bread table, but could not eat, they laid the table and gathered it.

After 15 days without a job, Inna received a job offer from a confectionery factory, but after a short time she decided to continue the search despite she was satisfied with the director of the factory. She searched and found an open area at the intersection of Avetisyan and Gulbenkyan streets.

Inna aims to expand the range of Artsakh cuisine unknown to the people of Yerevan, why not open a cafe, where people will taste the sweets they have prepared on the spot, talk, and have a good time.

According to Inna, working alone is not enough, it is necessary to expand contacts, participate in occasional exhibitions, gain partners.
