The Government approved the draft of the New Electoral Code: It will be submitted to the National

At today’s session the Armenian Government approved new draft of the electoral code and will submit it to the National Assembly. Representing the draft, the Government’s Chief Minister Davit Harutyunyan mentioned that the final version of the draft will be formed through active political discussions, and the main burden should be transfered to the political arena, that is why the most of the discussions will be held in the National Assembly.

It is expected that discussions on the Electoral Code at the National Assembly will begin during the regular 4-day session on March 14-17. According to Davit Harutyunyan no suggestion will be left without attention.
