Women in Ohanyan-Raffi-Oskanyan alliance make 26%

The national list of the “Ohanyan-  Raffi – Oskanian” alliance parties  includes 149 candidates, 39 of them or 26% are women.

Before announcing withdrawals the number of women was 41. CEC announced in the February 28^th sitting the list of candidates that Marine Grigoryan and Susanna Sahakyan submitted withdrawals.

They were both involved in the national and regional lists of the alliance. Marine Grigoryan ( “Consolidation”) was in 93th   of the national list,  was included also  in the 11th district list, and Susanna Sahakyan ( “Unity”) –  in the 116th place of the national list, was included also in the 9th district electoral list.

The Alliance includes women members mainly of the “Union” party, and  less from  “Heritage” party. There is one woman in the top five list, and two in top ten.
