The world’s most powerful women according to Forbes magazine
Forbes magazine published its annual ranking of the world’s most powerful women, in which German Chancellor Angela Merkel topped for the sixth consecutive time. Merkel’s reputation in the history of the existence of ranking was mentioned 11 times.
Hillary Clinton occupies the second place, fighting for presidential nomination from the Democratic party. The head of the US Federal Reserve Janet Yelen is in the third place, in the fourth Melina Gates/ Head of Bill&Melinda Gates Foundation charity foundation/ occupies the fourth place.
2016 Power Women list includes 100 women from 29 countries, including 32 heads of states and 12 heads of governments and corporations.
The property of individuals included in the list exceeds the rating of 11 billion dollars. They control the overall volume of one trillion dollars in financial flows and the impact on the lives of the world’s 3.6 billion people.
Average age of participants in this year’s ranking of Forbes is 57. The youngest is 41-year-old CEO Yahoo- Marissa Mayer and the oldest – 90-year-old British Queen Elizabeth II.
