“Prayer of angel” united all the children

Yesterday during the presentation of the book “I am a child” held in the UN office building, premiere of the song “Prayer of angel” was enthusiastically welcomed by the audience. On the eve of New Year it was a present to all children by UNICEF and UCOM. The song was notable for its performers. Children of Yerevan municipality “Vocal studio” were on the stage together with hearing-impaired children with the use of language signs. For the first time an attempt was made to make video accessible for the hearing-impaired audience.

The author of the song, composer Narine Zarafyan said that this initiative is very important:

–         When we wrote the song I realized that something was missing, if a child turns to the God why another child with hearing problems should not be able to be a part of this. And here we had that idea which is one of the best ways to integrate children with disabilities into society.
