Accessibility map in a cell phone

“Armenian camp” NGO wants to create a cell phone application of “accessibility map” for people on a wheelchair. Online map is available on the net – matcheli.am, and cell phone application will facilitate usage of the map by people with disabilities.

“It will be structures resource which will point out all affordable and accessible places, services in our city, – said coordinator of organization Varduhi Aramyan. According to her people moving on wheelchair often aks what places are available for them, “Our website provides information, but cell application will be more practical for them. It should be mentioned that “accessibility map” is constantly updated; every citizen can register and as a user add information.
