The court rejected mother’s appeal: “I regret that my child is still at their place”
Today the district court of Arabkir and Qanaqer-Zeytun administrative regions Levon Avetisyan decided to reject Narine Nkighosyan’s appeal against the investigator’s decision acording to which a criminal case charged for “taking a child away from his mother” was suspended. The criminal case was instuituted on the basis of Narine’s announcement: she argues that the child was stolen falsifying documents. The young mother appealed the decision but it was denied by the court.
