Lump sums for births set by the Government are strange
Panorama.am refered to the sizes of lump sums set by the Government for births quoting an analysit Movses Demirchyan’s post in Facebook, where he says that it is surely a very good thing that our Government decided to provide some money from its budget for the parents of newborn babies, on the other hand the set sizes of lump sums first of all are not proportionate and cannot boost family rates.
