The Court of Appeals satisfied appeal of a mother separated from her child

Yesterday the Court of Appeals satisfied an appeal of Narine Nikoghosyan who is publ;icly fighting to return het child. The Court affirmed the fact that termination of the criminal case for “removing child from a parent” was invalid. Let’s remind that criminal case was initiated on the basis of Narine’s message. Investigation of a criminal case lasting several months passed without results. The case was closed.  Narine appealed that decision but her appeal was rejected. The Court of Appeal overturned that decision stating that investigation was not carried out thoughly and objectively.
