September 18- results. The number of women community leaders has not been increased, two were re-elected to their posts
According to the results of the elections held on September 18th no changes occurred in the number of female mayors. Two of the 10 women candidates won. They were re-elected to their posts of the heads of Armavir region Artamet and Arevshat villages.. We present the preliminary results released by the Central Electoral Commission.

Woman candidate from Oshakan village of Aragatsotn region, Vera Zakaryan was not elected.
Female candidate in Azatavan in Ararat Province, Arous Hovhannisyan got 65 votes in favor. Community leader defeated.
In Arevshat village the acting mayor Susanna Gevorgyan, nominated by the Republican Party was re-elected.
