Failed strategy 

At Armenia’s public schools failed the majority of events intended by Armenia’s National program against Gender Violence and planned by Gender Policy Strategic Action Plan for 2011-2015.

“Society without Violence” NGO’s monitoring and evaluation research on  strategic plan and  the national plan, which was implemented from November 2014 until September 2016 recorded  more flaws than achievements – states the study of  Ruzanna Tsaturyan  – employee of the Institute of Archeology and Ethnography of the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia.
However, any manual or document is not a satisfactory result. Coordinator of educational program “Open Society Foundations in Armenia” Lilit Nazaryan noted that the law has been passed, significant projects implementation measures were drawn, but there was little change.
