The husband accused of torturing his wife was granted amnesty
On December 22nd in the court of the first instance of Gavar a verdict of domestic violence against 28-year-old Hasmik Khachatryan – a fortune-teller Varsik’s daughter-in-law was announced. Hasmik’s ex-husband Satgis Hakobyan was sentenced to 1.5 year’s imprisonment but was released in the courtroom.
