Anahit Evoyan․ “How to bring cleanliness to the institutional field?”

Change your field of activity and start from scratch… From journalism and PR to business, from text and creativity to numbers and calculations… This decision is especially difficult for those who have succeeded in the profession, have a favorite job, and when  the responsibilities of the young mother of the newly formed family are added to all this, the problem becomes more complicated. But not for Anahit Evoyan, who at the age of 35 decided to completely change her life, and why not also the lives of others.

According to her, using the services offered by organizations, of course, is more expensive, as the customer has to pay for organizational costs, but for the same reason the expectations are high in terms of quality. During that time, Anahit used the services of different organizations, she was satisfied with one, but not so much with the other. But she admits that there was not a single case when she did not feel the need to clean the apartment in person after the cleaners left.

First, she could not imagine how to combine business with her daughter and her favorite job. Shortly afterwards, her sister saw an AGBU announcement on the Internet  on accepting applications for training for  women entrepreneurs. Not taking this opportunity seriously, Anahit, in any case, filled out the application․

“It soon turned out that I had passed the application stage, I overcame the next stages, I started attending courses. I was on leave at that time, attending classes was not difficult. During that time, I gained business knowledge that I had no idea about. At the end of the course, we could apply for a grant. “I did not pass this stage,” says Anahit.

The end of the course coincided with the spread of the pandemic, then after the war, the implementation of business ideas was postponed for another year. During that time, Anahit returned to work, but after a while it turned out that her office was being reduced.

“Here the AGBU came to my aid ․ I applied for business advice, submitted a preliminary budget for starting a business, after which they half-financed it and I was able to get the necessary equipment, materials and uniform. “This is how the ‘Cleaning  Academy’ was created,” she says.

Anahit says this is the biggest support for a start-up entrepreneur, as not only the amount of personal financial investment is reduced by half, but also the fear of failure. Implementation of a business idea Anahit, a journalist by profession, started with research․ She could understand not only the logic of the work of similar foreign organizations, organizational details, experience, but also what her business should be like in order to be different from about a hundred such organizations already operating in the local market.

Anahit says that she already has employees today, whose benchmark is exemplary for her. People who can have even higher education, but they know the meaning of their work, effort, are dignified – compassionate about their work, and the best expression of compassion is to do your job well.

Anahit says that it was a matter of principle for her to work in the tax field, although companies that provide such services usually have a large number of unregistered employees, consequently violated labor rights and have no responsibility․

According to her, the profession of a journalist and experience in the field of PR helps her a lot in conducting business․ It does not become a problem for her to turn ideas into text, to make them more understandable for people. Experience helps in creating content for social media and promoting pages.
