Baroness Emma Nicholson to head PACE mission to observe Armenia’s elections
European Parliament member, Baroness Emma Nicholson will head the delegation of PACE observers for the parliamentary elections in Armenia, head of the Armenian delegation to PACE David Harutunyan told NEWS.am .
Parliamentary elections are scheduled for May 6.
